Information about our Singapore accounting management service agreements and policies
1. General Terms
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between LedgerStepHub and our clients for all accounting management services provided to businesses and organizations. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Scope: These terms apply to all accounting management services provided by LedgerStepHub, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and business accounting programs. Any changes to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Service Scope
LedgerStepHub provides accounting management support for businesses, organizations, and professionals. Our services include:
- Bookkeeping Services: Transaction recording, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation
- Tax Preparation: GST filing, corporate tax returns, and compliance management
- Financial Reporting: Monthly statements, annual reports, and management dashboards
- Payroll Management: Employee compensation, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements
- Business Advisory: Cash flow analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning support
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements. Additional services may be arranged separately.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, maintain proper documentation, and pay invoices on time. Commitment to the accounting process is essential for achieving desired results.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees are based on the type and complexity of accounting management services. Payment terms are specified in each agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Warranty
LedgerStepHub provides services with professional care and in accordance with Singapore law. Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Warranty is limited to correction of defective services.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client information is treated as confidential and handled in compliance with Singapore data protection laws and GDPR. Records are maintained as required by law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Accounting materials will be returned after settlement of all invoices. Records are retained as required by law.
8. Final Provisions
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by Singapore law.
Jurisdiction: Singapore.
Amendments: Changes to these terms require written agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025.
9. Refund Policy
If a client cancels an accounting management program before any substantive work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. Once bookkeeping or tax services have started, refunds are not available except in cases of proven non-performance by LedgerStepHub.
